Justin is a Utah boy, born and raised. He has been tattooing over 3 years. He enjoys tattooing  black and grey realism and chaotic black work. His style consists of detailed stipple shading! Justin is excited to join the Legacy team, grow and work with new clients as well as traveling and working in conventions.
